If you are a skiing lover, there are occasions you want to go skiing, but don’t have a car/don’t want to drive/want to save some money on skiing instead of commute. At these moments, you may want to look for a carpool to ski resorts. However, ski lovers always say that ski carpool is hard to find.
To answer this question, we use contextual inquiry to gain insights for design.
