Design a zoo app that allows someone to plan their visit ahead of time.

What am I thinking?

As zoo lover, I am so excited and I can’t wait to start to design this challenge. However, it is necessary to have an understanding of the users’ environment, as well as their roles in and interaction with their environment before I jump to design. I asked myself a few questions：

• Why do people need to plan a visit ahead of time？
• Who need to plan the zoo tour ahead of time? 
• When and where they will use? 
• What’s the goal of users? 

Then I started to do this challenge with these questions.

Over 181 million visitors to zoos annually in U.S.

Each year more people in North America go to zoos than to all the professional baseball, football, and basketball games combined. Why are zoos so popular? It is not just a pleasant outing with family or friends, or to introduce children to real animals.

Most of visitors are women/mothers, and 2 out of 3 adults visits a zoo with a child.
